As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will lay the foundation for our ambitious growth plans. You will engage in sales, interviewing, and advertising, using world-class recruitment tools to identify and develop potential accounts. This role offers a clear pathway to director level, supported by a structured induction and a 13-week expert-led training programme.

The Role

• Conduct sales to identify potential accounts and develop them into long-term clients.
• Perform interviews and write compelling job adverts to attract top talent.
• Utilise advanced recruitment tools, including AI, to match candidates with opportunities.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high levels of organisation and efficiency.
• Participate in structured training to become a high-performing recruitment consultant.

The Person

• Experience in sales or office environments, with strong communication skills.
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and resilient with a goal-driven mindset.
• Desire for quick progression and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and tenacious, with a good sense of humour.
